Driver did not help. We are English tourists and didn't even try to help when we asked if the bus was going to stop at Baza hospital, he just drove away and didn't try to understand or help with our question. Misearable driver

We had a language barrier as have very poor Spanish. The staff were polite, informative, patient and courtious. Very comfortable bus and great in service entertainment. People were permitted ample time time to go to the bathroom at the stations and everything worked well. There were two disputes over seat allocation and the staff just dealt with them professionally, politely and no fuss. Great service, I will be using ASLA again, many times.
