Horrible experience!!! My bus from NY was over an hour late and a transfer to get my connecting bus to Silver Spring in Baltimore was not there at the Baltimore station. nor were there any Peter Pan Employees present to assist or provide any information. Myself and another passenger had to plead and beg the driver to let those of us that needed the connecting bus to Silver Springs, to let us back on the bus and take us to Silver Springs at close to 12 AM at night. Totally unacceptable’ and it will be my last time using Peter Pan! I don’t mind delays, but to not have a connecting bus present at that time of night, leaving passengers stranded when it’s what they paid for, in addition to having no prior notice is unprofessional in every way, shape or form.

There was a lot of confusion in PABT because the buses were all leaving around the same time. There wasn't a lot of staff within the terminal there to aid confused passengers. Otherwise, the chaos was understandable with the Thanksgiving holiday and the bus ride itself was enjoyable and we left/arrived on time.

It was awful. Bus came two hours late and the trip as a whole was almost 7 hours long. There were several more stops on the trip than advertised. Not to mention, the bus didn't even go to my stop.
