The bus arrived on time. Unfortunately the seat buckle was broken. After I consulted the bus driver he told me that he’s not a mechanic and that I wouldn’t need to have a seat belt anyways (I disagree). After he mad it clear that there were no options for me other than just accepting that it’s broken, I asked him if he could tell the bus company. He responded very annoyed with me: do it yourself. The bus in general was not in great condition which was disappointing cause I haven’t made any bad experiences with FlixBus before. Chargers didn’t work and when I unplugged it it was burning hot.

The wifi stopped 2 hours before reaching NYC. The driver was talking to a friend on the telephone throughout the journey.

The bus did not arrive at all. There was no information provided to any passenger about the bus being cancelled. We were waiting since 5 am in the morning at the stop. The second bus was arranged after 6 hours. And it did not have working Wi-Fi and cleanliness was not upto the mark. Overall , I think they are not trustworthy.
