3.5 hours late arriving to Bogotá and also departed late! Part of this was due to roadworks however we also stopped along the way for random amounts of time and were never told how long we were stopping for. Also WiFi was non existent

Bus was ok but arrival to bogota was almost 3 hours late (!). I almost missed my flight and had absolutely no time to get cambio before. Probably lost momey because of this.

The listed bus - 13:00 - did not exist. They made me get immediately onto an earlier bus without letting me buy lunch first. It was listed as quicker to go from Pereira than Armenia, but the bus stopped in Armenia. I would have travelled differently if the info had been correct.
