Lovely staff on the whole. Bus from Aberdeen broke down so we waited until Tyne later one but I was late into a meeting in Glasgow. No problem I could use wifi to catch up with work Nope it worked for a short period then wouldn't log me in. Others had the same issue and it is common apparently. Please get this sorted as it happened on the waxy back to Perth as well. Comfortable buses but I would seriously consider the train in future.
