I am disabled, once I got to San Diego it went down hill. I am on Oxygen and could not enter the restroom due to the overwhelming deodorizer. I asked if there was another restroom, answer No. Then I arrived in Oceanside and was dumped of on the back side with no help. A passenger that was waiting for his bus offered to look for someone to help me and he couldn't find any of your employees. Phoenix people were great and very helpful 9, 10 being perfect. California got -2.
