The bus from Rochester to buffalo broke down and I had to wait 4 hours to take the next bus. Because of delay in the trip I missed an important family engagement. This is very disappointing.

There wasn’t a single bus on time anywhere and my bus driver took my ticket and left me at the Rochester station. Not good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating though. Bus drivers didn’t explain anything that was going on during the trip.
