It wasn't greyhound it was this system. I took my ticket on my phone and they wouldn't accept it even though it had a barcode , I had to then shell out 60 extra dollars for a new ticket. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I paid for the same trip twice with both my tickets in hand, which is beyond ridiculous.
