😊👍Great staff - fun, friendly and helpful. 😔Upon arriving at Vancouver station (after a few delays that were understandable) we had to make a Y turn before we could disembark and this added another 40 mins to our trip. Seemed a bit unnecessary as they could have turned the train around for the return trip after passengers were allowed to disembark as the trains return trip was not for another 4 hours. If this is a "normal" occurance for the train trip, it should be an added time to the trip and be included on site so passengers could be prepared, as it was we barely made it to meeting in time
