There was some confusion at first as to whether I had a ticket. I showed them my ticket on my phone but it was not in their system. As I do not speak Turkish, all I could say was "Ticket yes" and they would answer "Ticket no". But it all got worked out in the end and they even put me on an earlier bus.

Nothing special, nobody could speak English and there was nothing on board (water, snacks...) even they were included in the ticket

Arrived at 11:20pm for our overnight bus at midnight. No contact to let us know bus was late, no one at the station was willing to help us, didnt speak much english and told us ARAS didnt exist at this bus stop, very anxiety provoking, implied we were at the wrong place. Told us to call ARAS ourselves - we dont have a working number and dont speak Turkish. Finally found a staff member who was nice enough to call for us, confirmed that ARAS does leave from this bus stop, and were running 30min late. Ended up arriving at 1am so 1h late.

The bus did not arrive at the bus station. We were stranded at the bus station & had to spend more money to buy another operator bus which was 3 hours later. We arrived our Destination late & missed our tour bookings. This made us lost so much money & time. Such a bad experience.

Never take this bus, the staff was very rude, the bus has no space for someone 1,8 mts high, very very uncomfortable and was awaken several time in a rude manner by the staff for many reasons. Also, there was a very sick passenger and no one asked him to use a mask or cover when coughing. Not recommended for trips longer than 1 hour
