It was not a busy day at the borders, we had just 2-3 buses in front of us, and no traffic on the way, and yet the arrival time is 5am instead of midnight. 5 hours later than the original time it’s not acceptable..

Bus departed at 4.30pm instead of 4pm as stated on the ticket. Bus condition is good with large comfortable seats. Staff was friendly although no English was spoken. The only problem was that the driver/conductor was chain smoking throughout the journey, and it can be smelled in the entire bus (I changed seat to further back and could still smell it). This is very irritating especially for non-smokers because the smell is so strong it makes your clothes and hair smell like an ashtray after the journey.

The ArisTur bus left early so was forced to take a different bus. Very unpleasant experience, would not recommend travelling in this manner, at this price, for anyone with an alternative.
