Cheap but not on time. Also a too long stop in between. ETA 40 minutes to late. Almost missed my flight.

Travelling time 3 hours seemed to be shortest, but the bus was delayed 15 minutes! Very unconvient that the toilet is closed during all trip. I was not the only person who would have needed to visit the toilet.

Having a coffee/w c stop was a big plus .Also not wasting time reaching bus station in Olhao .

Bus was on-time enough to make no difference. Bus was clean, new, comfortable. Driver was welcoming, polite and efficient. Price was excellent. We arrived into Lisbon 10 minutes early. To sum up, 5 stars all day.

Better description is needed of where the best picks up. I followed the blue star on the map, and ended up waiting at the wrong spot, and missed the bus waiting there. A short description that it was inside the building would have helped

The bus ride was fine overall. It arrived 30 minutes late and there was no info about why it was late or when it would actually arrive. GPS would have solved this issue and provided everyone waiting with a more accurate timeline. The bus was a little rundown, but comfortable. There was also a man coughing the entire ride, which was a major health issue. He should have been required to wear a mask.

the bus driver was rude. I couldn't get the app to download our tickets and he was rude about us speaking English. It was embarrassing. he made us last and our seats were taken. A man talked loudly the whole time on the phone behind me and it was a miserable ride.

Don't close or cancel tickets saling online or give a chance your driver to help by buying ticket at the arrival time. We stayed at Lagoa bus station 2 hours more,cause of your above mentioned acts and unhelpful driver.

We had to book last minute after our flight from France came in late and we missed our train connection. Will consider coaches between Lisbon-Faro in future as the trip was great and very comfortable and driver friendly.

I travel with EVA on a regular bases, but on this particular trip on the 9th from Lisbon to Albufeira at 3pm, the driver was very very unfriendly.

There are two bridges into Lisbon from the Algarve and the bus choose the one that had a two hour delay due to a car crash, I think the should go to alternative routes to work the problem . I end up missing my flight to Brazil at 1pm end cost me 475 euros to reschedule to the 26 of September

Overall a fine experience, it would have been nice to have the driver speak English to know which stop was ours. Without the Wi-Fi on the bus we would have gotten off at the wrong stop.

The driver was incredibly rude. Lots of attitude. Did not give clear instructions and kept shouting and getting angry. He then went on a bathroom break by himself and didn’t allow anyone else to get off the bus. He made us throw away our salad because only sandwiches were allowed but everyone was eating crisps, chocolates and other snacks. I would not allow this driver to represent the country or your bus company. He is paid to do a job, he is not doing this for free or for charity. Just a angry man. I have been on lots of coaches in Portugal but never have I ever seen anything like him.

Overall the bus ride was smooth and the driver was nice, the only thing I have to complain about was that the radio music was a bit too loud, which was a bit uncomfortable because wage passengers are tired and want to get some sleep on the ride to Faro (the bus ride was a 12:15am). I think that if the bus had no music then the passengers would feel more comfortable and sleep better.

Amazing experience! Bus was clean and on time! The wifi was working and quite fast, which was a huge bonus! The bus was comfortable and the trip from Lisbon to Lagos was perfect!
