Haven't used other bus companies in Peru so can't compare, but very disappointed with Exclusiva. The staff in Cusco station were very rude, the bus had no wifi, it was ridiculously cold the whole 10 hours, and the stale bread and crackers they served as a meal don't even deserve to be described as 'food'. I visit 10-15 countries a year and it's literally the worst 'food' offering i've ever received on transport. Nothing impressive about this company.

Awful smell in the toilet with no paper. Internet wasn't functionning. The temperature varied inside the bus from very hot to very cold. Cheap lunch for a 10 hours trip (1 piece of dry bread, jam, cookies, small juice and tea).

Bus left at 20:30 instead of 21:10 I just made it by a minute.
On board we saw the safety video I guess more than 10 times because it wasn't shut off.
Then after an hour the k 't I let didn't work and everything smelled like urine.
It was a horrible ride... Never taking this company again

No vegetarian food even though I preordered it.
Crackers for breakfast.
Aircon makes it freezing cold even with the provided blanket.

Great experience, very comfortable seats and so lovely to get free pillows and blankets! The heating needs fixing though, the bus felt like a sauna at times.

Very comfortable 180 degree seat! Lousy breakfast though, cannot be that hard arranging something a bit better. And no toilet paper, which is really bad.

The departure address was different to what Exclusiva told us in advance, and we had to pay an unexplained 7s surcharge which was not clear from booking or confirmation email. The hour delay was not explained. The toilet ran out of paper so was disgusting (covered in excrement) for second half of trip - staff aware but did nothing . Otherwise v v good for price especially the beds .

I slept through most of the trip, so the foldback seats were obviously comfortable! Would've been good to have subtitle options for the movies. The usb point was loose - had to hold in jack firmly to charge my phone. Dinner was ok (rice and meat/vegetables) but breakfast was just a couple of very small pieces of bread, butter and jam, and a carton of juice. Overall it wasworth the extra expense for a hassle-free journey.

The biggest complaint and problem was the bathroom. For a 22 hour bus trip and first class bus, the cleanliness and quality of the toilet needs attention and improvement. The service was excellent from Valeria.
This was my 2nd Excluciva experience and unfortunately both were poor. The 2nd bus left on time but then stayed stationary for around an hour at some random place? On both buses the communication between staff and passengers was none existent. I was at the toilet when the snacks were handed out so missed out on any. The staff member could not be contacted in any way. The bottom deck was boiling and I couldn't get any water. This wasnt too bad but I tried to knock on the door and use the staff contact buttons above the seats, no one came. If there had been a serious issue then no-one would have been able to help as they couldn't be contacted! As a result of the high temperature i got no sleep on the nightbus. I used Cruz Del Sur for one trip and have to say the overall experience was more organised and professional.
We were not in the system although we had a confirmation. We had to wait for more than one hour to fight about our Seats. Finally two minutes before take off we could finally come on the bus.

I ordered vegetarian food but staff delivered me a non vegetarian food and said that's all they have for everyone.
No issues with timing or the seats. The entertainment worked poorly. None of the buttons worked properly. The sound for the main TV did not work. The trip was very bumpy. We arrived an hour earlier than expected I'd guess due to unsafe driving as we were thrown around a lot. The bus probably reached below 0 degrees. It was absolutely freezing. I had a tee shirt and wool sweater on and was shivering throughout. A bit of heating and an upgrade on entertainment with a safe driver and the trip would have been good.
No Wi-Fi service on an 18 hour trip. Extra charges depending on baggage weight.
Excellent service. We didn’t realize that the seats up top which cost a bit extra had more room and personal entertainment, next time we will buy the top deck tickets for sure. Bus bathroom did get a bit dirty but otherwise for a 22hr hour bus amazing!
