I was very pleased about the whole experience! The driver, Kari, was very kind to me and very professional at the same time. I felt confident with her driving and very safe. She was polite and kind to all the passengers.
By far the best experience I had so far. Lee was my driver and he is amazing. I was almost going to stop riding the bus because of the driver I had before but Lee changed my mind because he was so great
I have one question. Why are the handicapped not allowed to sit in the front row handicapped seats? The excuse given is lame. Why would the seats be there if no one can sit in them. Especially those who are handicapped.
The bus was late leaving Casper and late arriving to Denver. Our itinerary also stated there was 1 stop along the way but there was 3-4. The seat in front of me was broke so the tray was literally on my lap. Very disappointed.
It was very unclear on where the bus was supposed to pick up. When I asked, I was given the wrong information so I missed the only bus that goes to Greeley. And since the tickets are non exchangeable or refundable I wasted $27 on a bus I couldn’t even find
When I was asked by bus driver where I was going I said Denver(I’m am visiting from Europe so thought there was only one stop in Denver ) , it turned out Denver had 2stops and I should have said Amtrak although both stops are in Denver,(reason I should have said Amtrak is because my bag needed to go in a different compartment which took less than 1min to open)he yelled at me and said I should have said Amtrak,when i I asked him was Amtrak in Denver he became extremely aggressive and yelled at me saying “he didn’t care if there are 50stops in Denver” and to “shut up and get on the bus”. I mailed Express Arrow Company directly while on the bus and to their credit had a very quick apologetic response by one of their employees who is forwarding it on to the appropriate channel . After all the above happened when I got to my destination I was getting off the bus and the driver was shouting at a lady who had left her zimaframe in the wrong baggage compartment ,this probably added less than a minute onto his day. I think his behavior is completely unacceptable and I will be following my complaint up with the company
THE BUS WAS ON TIME ARRIVING AND DEPARTING FROM DENVER HOWEVER IT WAS AN HOUR LATE ARRIVING IN gUNNISON. tHE WAS A SHORT DELAIY NEAR Bailey due to raodwork but no more than 5 or 10 minutes.. When we stopped in Fairplay the bus driver said it would be a 15 min break but he didn`t board the bus to depart until 20mins had passed. He also was trying to use a tablet with BOTH hands (not on the steering wheel) while the bus was in motion after we arrived in Gunnison. Then again a second time second time he took his hands off the wheel to write on paper work while the bus was moving and we swerved toward the curb. He was unaware until I said OH! OH! and then he looked up and took the wheel. Totally unsafe and scary driver.
Baggage procedures and tag/label instructions need drastic improvement. Crazy driver who made us late. Ran 3 stop lights after getting in an accident a few blocks from the bus station. Though the accident was not his fault, it also could have been avoided. He also preached to the whole bus (multiple times) about how he did not want his job.
Driver was nice and was a good driver. Bus was late and had technical difficulties. Switched buses in Salida and that bus had issues too. But the driver made up some time and hot is yo Denver only 30 min late.
I was unaware the bus was leaving earlier than it was scheduled to leave when I purchased my ticket. I am fortunate that I planned to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the suggested arrival time. The bus driver was very personable and wonderful!
