My experience was all good. The bud driver was very nice, told us when each stop was coming up and, let us know if we could get out to stretch our legs or have a cigarette. I find the service has been getting better and ,more accommodating to the customers.

The bus was 25 minutes late getting to port hawkberry , ,road construction and backed up traffic, then I founded out that there was going to be other delays before we would reach airport and I would miss my flight , so got off the bus in new glassow and hired a cab and with that because of others delays going towards halifax I barely make my flight, I strongly feel it was not the bus drivers fault but the time showing for the pick and drop off were not updated

My driver from PEI to Amherst was so pleasant (Mitch). The trip overall was fine until I got to Truro, when a passenger significantly under the influence of drugs/alcohol was allowed to board. He was intoxicated to the point where he was belligerent, yelling at the bus driver, using profanity despite the presence of children on board and threatening to “kill” other drivers who were also trying to make it through a construction zone alongside the bus. Through the couse of the hour he sat beside me, he asked me for pills, passed in and out while leaning on me, and propositioned me. It made for an appalling and miserable first experience on maritime bus. Drivers should not permit passengers so significantly under the influence to board.
