It was a good trip. However we would have liked to know in advance the stopping hours so we can know accordingly when we are going to have a break. Also, not your fault, but in Denizli the signalling of buses is not so clear we had to ask locals.

Very comfy busses, very good driver just would use to have more information about when we stop. I waited quite a lot to go to the toilet because the bus did not stop for a long time at some point. We arrived before scheduled.

No space on the back (last seat). No place to even move, and it’s a 12 hours trip! Could not sleep for that reason... maybe the last seat should not be used on such long trip? Heat was too high...

We were late for our bus because of a car breakdown earlier in the day. The RH Turizm staff went the extra mile to get us onto the bus even though we had just missed it.

I really don't know why since the moment we entered Istanbul I checked Google maps to see how far were we, and there was a chance to get in time but the driver took the longest routh he could possibly take, the bus came late for 2 hours. The staff members were nice and polite.

The staff were very flexible, friendly and customer focused. I was very impressed with the bus manager/host. The service was totally reliable, with one exception. The reason for 4/5 is that the entertainment and technology as advertised was not delivered. Nowhere near. All the media was in Turkish and the equipment was faulty (charging, screen resolution, unresponsive buttons, sound quality, very poor Wi-Fi). Since buses are a competitor to planes, and many foreigners want to discover this amazing country, as a minimum the media should be in English or with English subtitles. This is an essential but easy-met requirement.

İ had a good experience with this bus line. Even though it was late (could not be helped as there was an accident on the road that caused the delay), i was overall more than satisfied with the service. The driver was very courteous and was a good driver and the bus was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were rude. They favoured men over woman. I had my feet leaning on the window, whilst all the men on the bus did as well and I was the only one who got told off. Also, way too many breaks were taken just so the staff can have a smoke.

Bus attendant woke me up and told me to change buses, even though I was still four hours away from my final destination Izmir. He did not explain why, so I followed his instructions, and later found out that the bus I changed onto was not in fact going to Izmir. I had to then find my own way and re-book a new bus to get to Izmir, making me five hours delayed. I would not recommend this bus company, utter lack of communication to their passengers!

Everything was fine except the following: - Wifi was not working. - For a night bus, there were frequent 25min stops which did not let anyone sleep. - Full lights inside bus were turned on flashing the eyes while passengers were sleeping - seat was not comfortable

Everything was great, except the bus was extremely hot. We had 3 people on our bus ask for the air conditioner to be turned on or the heater to be turned down. The bus driver didn’t do it. He had his window open because it was hot. The people at the back were melting

This was our first time on an overnight bus in Turkey and it was wonderful. The seats were comfortable, it didn't fully recline but we still managed to sleep a little bit. We were surprised to see a drink and snack service on board as well. What a treat! The buses were also kept relatively quiet and dark so the passengers can rest. My only criticism was that as tourist purchasing online it was hard to find somewhere to print the tickets, especially since we had to exchange for different tickets at the counter at the bus terminal anyways. I would suggest that printed tickets are not necessarily required but to present the proof of purchase to the ticket booth in exchange for the actual ticket or something along those lines.

The bus took 4 hours for a 3 hour journey with no obvious reason why. The bus was very hot and quite smelly especially compared to other, longer bus journeys we have taken in Turkey it was not good.

I didn't catch the bus as the departure location was 10km away from kaysire airport. I should've paid attention myself to the location and it was displayed on the ticket but I honestly thought that you would've had a bus station on the parking lot of the airport. I finally found another shuttle from another cie at the airport

Staff was excellent bus was very comfortable but the timings were not observed it reached Nevşehir 30 min late reached destination 90 min late. Time mentioned was not observed missed my pickup by hotel paid extra Driver was dropping off passengers at their request at any place asked and also picking up. Security hazard. Driving was perfect

Took multiple stops for lunch, snacks etc. Reached Antalya two hours behind the schedule. Crew staff forced me to put on my shoes everytime and did not allow me to sit relaxed by folding my legs with bare feet during the journey.

Very good. Only a little bit of english was spoken by bus staff so transitioning off one bus and onto another was confusing (first bus was late so it seemed like I had missed the connection, connection was also running late but nobody could explain it)
