I was very happy to travel with Nevada Internacional. The delay was caused by the authorities on the border of Argentina/Chile, and Nevada Internacional informed us in advance that this kind of delay may take place. Most important was the fact that the driver acted during all the route from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile on a way that I felt very safe and with no doubts.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service provided. Would be good if the staff gave some instructions I English too when addressing customers, especially when at the border control so we don't sit there all confused-looking. But given that is is a Spanish speaking country it's all good, just look at and follow what other Spanish speaking customers do.

This trip was excellent. The bus was clean and comfortable. We were on time. We received some food and drink, more than expected. The only issue was that my seat belt was not functioning.
