i think the staff cant speak english and therefore, both of them did not explain what was going wrong to cause the delay, they didnt greet and smiled to the passengers, and no bother to even say sorry,in the first place.

Tell your drivers not to smoke in the bus or play on there phones. Ccommunicate late bus info to passengers. Enforce seat allocations. Clearly provide the WiFi password.
