Dating back to 1898, this is South Africa’s first national park, and is widely considered as one of the greatest in the world in terms of wildlife. All of Africa’s quintessential species – elephants, lions, cheetahs, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, zebras – can be seen in the premises of the Kruger National Park.

Be sure to experience this iconic flat-top mountain landmark that overlooks the magnificent city of Cape Town. You can get to the top quite effortlessly by taking a scenic cable car for less than $20 US.

The Garden Route

Explore this scenic route by taking a bus from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth to travel through one of the most popular stretches in the world.

The Winelands

Whether you are a wine lover or not, we strongly suggest visiting the Winelands outside of Cape Town. This wine-producing area is traversed by breathtaking mountain ranges, and of course, plenty of wineries that offer free wine tasting sessions. Make sure to taste the local Methode Cap Classique, a sparkling wine produced with the same method used for french Champagne.

Attend a Rugby test match

Experience the South African people’s pride for their national rugby team, the Springbocks, by going to one of their international friendlies, known as test matches in the world of rugby.

Get your tickets on the official Springbocks’ website.
