I think the bus had a problem because it made like 3 stops before Montrose and 1 after Montrose. They guys didn't bother to communicate with us tell us what's really going on. The bus departured Durban at 22h30 arrived at 08h30.
I understand unexpected situations occur during trips...but we are human beings, we are not loads, we understand, we listen, we plan. Inform us 'sorry guys we have this situation we are sorry about it but we working on it' that's it.

The bus was comfortable and cozy however it took for after , I was suppose to be in Johannesburg at 4:50 but I arrived at 7:04 end up being late for work and I had a stressful morning because of that. That why I’ve took a decision to not take the bus again.
