Bus Tickets from Durban to Johannesburg

I didn’t enjoy anything travelling from Durban to JHb for more than 11 hours from 08:00 till 19:15 The bus had too many stops which are far from the main route like Ladysmith and Vereeniging This information must be indicated to us while booking so I have option to choose another bus that can travel for 8 hours at least All the stops must be clearly indicated than misleading us that the bus will be at Park station at 16:45 cause we must arrange people to pick us up They couldn’t switch off the heater u can imagine the heat in the bus for 11 hours G Dlamini

Bus broke down,yes they brought a replacement bus,but ended up getting to Johannesburg 3 hours later then we were supposed to.

The bus was clean comfortable and love the fact that there was a charging port. The air conditioner was bit cold considering we were travelling at night.

The bus was on time and not only was it on time also made. We made it earlier in time.

My journey was smooth, time keeping was on point and I got to relax and felt safe.

At First it was good until we were shifted to another Bus Citiliner that was Cold and we waited for it probably 2hrs

It was very bad. Bus was too cold and the driver didn't open a heater for us instead he opened aircon for cold.

I enjoyed the my trip the bus is soo comfortable, and our drive was driving good, he was so kind and friendly😊

I enjoyed my trip from durban to Gp. The bus driver was friendly and the trip was a cruise

There’s nothing I enjoyed, your bus was very old and slowly, I regret purchasing your ticket, it is now I reach Joburg since I left Durban at 21:15, imagine, horrible service

It was very bad the bus was supposed to leave durban at 10 but for some reason it was postponed and the unfortunate part is Iwas supposed to take another bus at 7 in park station but I could not because I got delayed by this bus so nje it was a very bad experience I'm stuck now in park station I have to wait til morning

The bus came 30 min later but was on time in Johannesburg really enjoyed the trip peaceful sleep on the bus🤭, the drive was good also

⁰The bus was late no one explain anything.The bus was cold like a fridge,let alone the water running in the floor 🤮🤮🤮🤮very disappointed

The trip was smoothly and enjoyable, the service was great. Only the toilets were smelly Maybe using stronger detergents to disinfect it would be better but nevertheless everything else was great

Everything was perfect for me. The bus was very much on time from and to. It was such a smooth journey. Would definitely recommend 💯👌

Terrible! the bus got soooo delayed. When it eventually arrived it had the most uncomfortable chairs for such a long journey.

They canceled the bus on last minutes and i had to book a bus late i am nolonger using this company do not put clients first

Was supposed to travel then i received a msg that my traveling is postponed to today

The bus left and hour late and there's still no toilets in it pastime I uses a bus like this was apm and vowed not to use it In future and when I booked big tree thout is different but I just went to realize is the same cheap poor service and same office what changed there was only a name .this is so disappointing while we try to avoid bad service the just come around in different names

Its quite a good bus, enjoyed my trip. Issue, I cant get a hold of Customer care Number as I forgot something in the bus.

I don't think I'll ever consider it next because I booked Nozulu but I and up going with Eldo coaching booked for 09h30 but the was not even there they said it got break down they'll put me on the 11h00 bus but still that didn't happen they and up booking me for eldo coach

please make sure that the safety of your passengers comes first. there were drunk passengers on the bus that ended up crossing the line

They not running, company closed down about 5 to 6 months ago in Durban and Joburg Stations

No order because Passengers were fighting to get into the bus, the agents working were so indifferent about it! We had to get our luggages alone into the bus after arrival and it was tricky getting them...

I did not enjoy. The service was very poor! The bus didn't even arrive they had a mini bus/ sprinter! They did not bother telling us about the changes! It was very uncomfortable and fully packed!
