Awful, 6 hours delay, then broken down, then a stop for no reason of another 1.5 hours. I was forced to pay for my luggage which was only 1 small toolbox.
Firstly your bus was 5 hours late to depart which inconvenienced my day because I had to accompany my son who was traveling. My program for the day was messed up.
Delta coaches is a very poor quality bus . I didn't enjoy anything about it . It arrived late and stopped at a place for about 9 hours because the bus was overheating. We were on that bus for two whole days with no consideration as to what we are having for food or any possible medical issues passengers might have . The mere existence of that bus is an infringement of human rights
The bus was 30 minutes late to the station because we were supposed to leave at 13h00 and the bus arrived at 13h30, and on top of that the bus has issues because it died several times on the way and no-one said anything, the bus could just stop out of nowhere,we arrived at 10:45 instead of half 7 am
The bus was very late. The SMS sent did not even specify how long will it be late. The drivers are so unprofessional when communicating to clients. Worse part, the bus is old, dirty, very cold with and it has terrible small uncomfortable sits. Eagle liner bus deserves a ZERO star!
I enjoyed nothing about the flight. First, it was delayed with a whole five hours. Then, they intentionally left one passenger at a gas station even when we begged they don't. Along the way, we had one wheel burst. We had to drive a soulmate and distance with an exposed rim. The drivers were rude and didn't want to communicate with us
The bus was on time but it was filthy and the floor was wet as if someone poured water on the floor. The rubish from previour passengers was everywhere on the bus.
The bus broke down just before Ventersburg which caused some delays.
I didn't enjoy it cause the first thing the bus was later n is not charging phone as well very cold bus not happy at all. My ticket was for 4:10pm but I leave 6:30pm which is total wrong n wasted my time at all
I didn't enjoy anything as the bus was in a terrible state not suitable for long distance . We booked 13h00 bus as we wanted to view the route but was changed to 18h00 and I can't recommend this bus for anyone
I was satisfied but I think that the online reservation should make it clear which bus is being booked. I booked the budgetliner by mistake on the return trip. I am concerned that there was only one bus driver on both trips. I would have thought that this is dangerous.
The driver didn't make sufficient stops I had to urinate in a bottle and an old man even dirtied himself. We drove for 24 hours . The bus was overfull.
The bus was stopped by traffic cops and the was a n issue with the disk of the bus and we had to sleep in the bus an the depo and they called another bus which arrived 18 hours later so my trip lasted 3 days instead of 17 hours. I left Friday 3pm and arrived Sunday 5am it wasn't pleasant at all.
Extremely disgusted. The bus was over loaded we had to sit with our luggage inside the bus. The bus is delaying by a whole six hours. I wouldn't recommend even to the most desperate person. It is the bottom of the bloody barrel!!!
Deeply disappointed. The bus was filthy, with cockroaches skittering across the walls and floor of the bus. The air was rank and sour, to the point of giving me a headache and cough. To complete the unpleasantness of the journey, the driver was blasting loud music from the overhead speakers from SUNSET TO SUNRISE, preventing anyone from sleeping.
The bus was very uncomfortable, seats could not be tilted backwards. The bus kept stopping at various stops for like 30 minutes but weren't given a break at those stops.
This bus is the worst eldo does not care about it’s customers ,the bust was stuck and we were in the middle of nowhere for 12 hours .
No alternative bus was sent
It’s also arrived late
The bus was suppose to leave at 16h10 but it only arrived around 22h30. Even then there were people who were also waiting for the 13h00 bus that also arrived at 22h30. This is so unprofessional and disheartening as people had places to go to. The service promised by the bus line was not delivered. There was no communication whatsoever. The staff at the bus station knew nothing. Even then when the busses arrived the drivers were clueless as to who they’re picking. Some people had to be dropped off and left because there was no space in the bus for them yet they booked a ticket. I should be compensated. I am not happy at all
It was the worst ride ever. The bus smelt like pee. It was very cold at night. We arrived two hours late. The was no plastic for dirt. The toilet couldn't flush and the driver's were rude.
There are many flaws within the operation system, from departure to arrival, aside from the fact that the bus was late, the floors and windows were sticky, as if they had been left un-cleaned and untended to, for several weeks. There were not enough pit stops provided by the driver, even when the cries of the other passengers was the only sound in the air. I do though commend
Well ,I have always enjoyed riding with Intercape but just noticed that the service quality has dropped . There should be option also to let customers know which type of bus they will book before paying mainliner or sleepliner etc, to avoid booking uncomfortable ones such as budgeliner
Driver was unprofessional, provided little to no communication, left me with my 2 young children at one of the stops and when the bus got stuck, said nothing
I don't have a problem with interface
The problem is I paid for a trip on the express buss
with a toilet but was put on a budget liner wich is totally wrong
Bus was late and we had to stop for more than once as the bus was overheating but all in all the African driver was very nice and patient with passengers. He made sure that he explained everything which gave me hope l.
