The bus arrived in Johannesburg two hours later than the expected time, it was leaking, couldn’t charge my phone and my seat was broken and uncomfortable with no leg space. The bus arrival destinations wasn’t park station as per the ticket but some random place in Braamfontein which was such an inconvenience for many
It was a comfortable journey... well the seats were. It wasn’t well ventilated, hence the low air circulation. The seat lights were too dim for my liking. I was satisfied with the driver. Overall, it was a fairly good trip
The bus left the station 3 hours later and I was asked to pay for the bag which is not written anywhere online, such inconvenience is unacceptable, when buying the ticket it was written "luxury" but the bus I was into is looks like a fossil
Besides the bus arriving at the pick up two hours late, everything else was quite pleasing. The driving was pleasant and as well as the staff. The only request is that the restroom was a bit more tidy and clean. Air conditioning needs to be better measured since it was quite hot in Cape Town. So when entering the bus, it was extremely hot - even with the windows open. The TV, some of the charging points and WiFi that was mentioned in the package were not working so that should be fixed. Other than that... Everything was honestly pleasing.
Was not happy how intercape bus drivers treated us the bus aircon was on cold air my feet were freezing ...now I have flue because the driver didn't want to switch on the heater he said it's not working..I didn't enjoy my trip at all coz of the coldness of the bus . imagine at it's cold temperatures decrease plus aircon we kept asking the driver to please switch off the aircon coz it's cold I'm not happy at all .
Atlantic buses company are crooks. Very disorganised, not easy to communicate to them when in need. They did not tell me or ask me if it would be okay by me if they organised another bus for. After being at the station for almost 30 minutes, only then I got another alternative. Very poor service I must say. I’m very sad that I bought a return ticket and it’s non refundable otherwise I wanted to organise another bus.
Will never use this bus again. After waiting 2 hours at the station the bus we drove in smelled Terrible and had cockroaches running inside. The ticket specifically said its going to south gate. After arranging with family to pick me up the driver drove pass south gate to park station which saying he will not stop at south gate. The family member that sat an waited for me had to leave and get me at park station. Its honestly a disgrace.
The bus i used was total opposite of what i expected. Or shown on google. Windows are broken. Charging point is not working. Bus is dirty. Driver's ate rude and take personal trips and some how smuggling something's.
be punctual, maintenance of your buses is poor as the bus I was in was at times not moving due to mechanical issues. lights do not work for individual seats. aircon gets switched off at night which causes poor ventilation. GET YOUR BUSES IN ORDER!
I’m not happy with your service. The bus supposed to arrive in Jhb at 07:00 Am. Now it’s alright 11:10, but we are still on the road. It is so sad because we are going to Mpumalanga and we already booked another bus for 10:00,from JHB to Mp and it left us because of the delay. I’m very disappointed
