The bud ran out of fuel. Stuck on the side of the road. One of the bud officials actually asked us if we could pay R8000.00 for diesel to continue. Three hour delay while there was no information available to the people waiting at the destination

The journey was horrible. It was a long journey that I couldn't expect to be something unfunny because of the following reasons: 1. The aircon was not working and the outside temperature reached 37 degrees. Imagine traveling under 37 degrees on a bus that do not open the windows. 2. The driver was stopping all the time and some passengers with connecting trip, ending up evacuating some passengers to another Intercape bus to avoid delays on getting to JHB and not loose their connecting buses 3. Bad smell on toilet, lack of water

Drivers Take Care Of Their Passengers And They Communicate With With Us About Everything.

Extremely disappointing! The bus came 4 hours late, We were scheduled to arrive at 10:00am but we arrived at 18:00. It’s a very uncomfortable bus for a long distance drive

Nothing, bad service never take this bus till now 14h27 we re in free state again 2 hrs to Johannesburg

They charge for my bags R450 just a simple suitcase and the bus depart time was 12:00 pm but we departed from Cape Town around 17:30

I was supposed to travel with intercity bus of 3 :30 of which they change me to 7 :30 pm bus which was not even intercity but eagle liner what a horrible service with the long distance buses..Very disappointed how they treat their customers

Bus was very comfortable,but the old driver was very rude and impatient.i asked how many minutes left to reach Johannesburg and he just ignored me.

The bus two hours late in arriving at my destination and two hours late to depart

Bus was comfortable and it was in good condition. The only draw back was I felt like the was no enough rests on the road while the toilet was out of order

Aircon not working, commuting with passengers without source of identification, Bus stopping at No Stopping Zones, Suspension needs urgent attention, Headlights and etc

it was terrible, the bus had a window that was broken so it was tattling through out the trip the drivers were unfriendly we had to swop buses randomly in Potch my lagged on the second bus was not handled properly even after asking the guy packing to be careful with my second bag,, which had important things that I wanted handled properly, an overall bad experience

I enjoyed everything about the journey ….even thou I think that they have to change on how they dealing with online tickets ….they separated us while we booked two tickets online with the same information

My experience with Eagle Liner is good even though the bus was late in 30min but everything else was smoth ,friendly drivers who made us laugh and made the trip bareble

I enjoyed t he fact that I could charge my cell.I did not enjoyed the fact that the was 3 hours late at arrival, the Aircons did not work and a very rude driver that told me that I think I'm special. I will not make use of your services ever again.
