The journey was long 12plus hours on the road. Does it make business sense to stop at every en route. Is it possible to provide a feeder service from adjacent pick up towns.

Well it would've been great if it was Intercape, the bus was okay just too much cold aircon we even tried to tell the driver to switch it off which he rudely replied that he want it cold.
I was very disappointed and I don’t even think i will take Big Sky again. The drivers were exceeding the speed limit and didn’t take our discomfort in consideration, we were shouted every time we complained.the toilet was so filthy and air conditioner was very cold

On my ticket it stated I could have luggage weighing up to 22,6kg my suitcase was 15kg and I was forced to pay R110 as they stated we could only have 10kg luggage because the coach was new and diesel costs R20000 the guy also mentioned the tickets were cheap anyway. Very rude kept bossing us around. He took bribes after giving other passengers quotes for R500 he accepted R100 and odd R50 made another white guy pay R380. The drivers were fine and not part of the problem we got to our destination safely with no problem

The drivers don’t have a way of talking to people. As well as the service, it’s poor in terms of communication between us clients and the company
Had a flat tyre which can happen to any bus however, there was no spare wheel, equipment or knowledge on how to fix it. Stood next to the road for 3 hours before help arrived. A trip like this should be refunded.
Just overall a bad experience, very uncomfortable bus with zero measures for COVID. We were moved from our seats because the driver wanted to sleep.
