The trip itself was really relaxed; we had a very good (female) driver. The way how to find the place where the bus was parked was quit bad. There was no clear sign in the train- busstation where to step on the bus. We had to ask for it.
The bus was on time and arrived slightly late due to traffic but would choose to go with Comes as the price of yhe journey was very reasonable no stops en route and direct
The bus service was good aside from leaving late. We were not on a time schedule so leaving late was not an issue for us. The bus was well maintained and comfortable.
The bus driver was great…..but the WI-FI didn’t work and I couldn’t access our on-line tickets. The attendant in the Comes booth did not speak English and seemed reluctant to print the tickets, despite my having the confirmation email with the ticket #. He did print for me and we were able to board in plenty of time.
Waiting 20 minutes wasn’t a problem. The driver was very helpful, placing our luggage in the compartments and he drove very smoothly.

Good comfortable bus and driver drove safely. It was raining which justified why we arrived to our destination a little late. If there could be time allocated to stop for a toilet break during the journey that would make the experience better. Especially if you’re travelling for more than 2 hours.
I wanted to go to washroom but couldn’t. I didn’t know if the bus is stopping for a while or a quick stop. I asked the driver but he didn’t speak English.
I got to the bus station on time for a bus at 1700hr to Seville but it was not on time…more than 20 people kept asking each bus these stopped (3) if it was the correct
Bud…finally the bud came and we
Left Tarifa an hour late…the ride was ok but it was supposed arrive in Seville at 8pm and we didn’t arrive until 9:30
Used COMES many times over last seven years on my trips to Cadiz and othe cities in Andalucia. Always punctual and clean. Very cheap too. Highly recommend it.😊👍
The pick up location was confusing. It stated the Campus Universitario from Jerez. However there was no map to show the exact stop, and the phone numbers were not open to assist. We asked 4 locals but nobody knew. We waited at the stop for 30 minutes before the bus eventually came which left us very tight for making our connection in Seville. When the bus did come the driver wasn't very polite. Would not recommend your company to others.
Excellent helpful staff , I had accidently book my ticked for the following day . The kind and patient bus driver accompanied me to the ticket office and changed my booking. Really impressed!
The Driver parked the Bus and went in somewhere. Only at 9:25 a.m. he came and put on the board, and opened the Bus for boarding. People were waiting. Bus left at 9:35 a.m. I think the Bus reached Cadiz at 1:05 p.m.
The driver refused to accept our tickets stored in our Apple Wallets. He said we needed paper tickets. After an argument, we were finally permitted to board.
5 stops were made on what was suppose to be a direct bus. Staff wasn’t clear about where to put luggage and didn’t help/ monitor luggage. Stops weren’t announced clearly and people were confused about where to go.
One of the seats in front of me was broken, so the person sitting there couldn't straighten the back and almost had to lay down for his entire trip. Also, this meant that the person sitting next to me had very little space for her feet.
I am very happy, the driver handled all kinds of little problems very sufficiently. She is clearly not to blame for the late arrival. Excellent and very safe driving style too.
The bus was late leaving Tarifa. This was however not too bad. Going back to Tarifa from Cádiz i noticed the bus driver took another route. When I asked him about this, he told me he was going to Algeciras and I had to change bus there. This was not stated on the ticket. We arrived in Algeciras almost an hour later than I was supposed to be in Tarifa. There I waited half an hour until another bus came. This bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and i ended up being in Tarifa two hours later than scheduled.
The bus was about half an hour late. There was no toilet on the bus and no breaks, which was less nice on a 2 hour+ ride. However there was plugs to charge the phone and air conditioning.
Great service...but add the line Comes requires a PDF or printed version of the tickets. It is embedded but the instructions need to be clear. Otherwise AWESOME!
My seat could not move to upright position and it made me embarrassed. The ones who sat behind me felt uncomfortable. Also, there was no seat number above the seats.
