Fantastic comfort but the number of the booking didn’t match I had seat no 1 with extra room because I have had 2 knee replacements I had to ask a guy to move ….
The driver was very stern & NOT friendly or helpful. There were elderly people on the bus and the driver didn't help anyone. We were told by the driver that food & drinks were forbidden. If we would have known that we would have taken different transportation.
We enjoyed everything. Friendly, professional and helpful driver. Arrived in Granada when expected and we arrived in Seville at the time stated. Very comfortable coach, we would definitely use this service again.
Overall very good service. There was confusion as to whether the seating was assigned or first come first serve. Drive didn't assist with luggage as is normal. Other passengers coming latter just tossed our luggage out of their way. The bus was a bit stuffy as the driver had the AC on low.
My husband uses a cane. We really neededa seat on the lower deck of the bus, or help getting to the upper deck. Also, he needed help getting luggage out when we arrived in Llanes but there was no help given. He was in severe pain after this trip.
The bus arrived 15 minutes late in Llanes, but made up time enroute to San Sebastian.
My only complaint was that the recline mechanism on my seat did not work and the seat constantly fell back into the fully reclind position.
Once on the coach is was fine. However we had booked via our phones and our driver didn't appear to have a scanning machine. He only seemed interested in people with physical tickets. He didn't speak any English which is fair enough but our Spanish is very limited. We put our bags in the hold but he sent us to the bus next door. We unloaded our bags, went to the the place that he had sent us and the driver there said no and sent us back to the original bus! No idea what he said to the other driver but he let us on. We were first in the queue but almost last to board and almost missed it all together. Quite a stressful experience to say the least.
The service was great, the bus very confortable and the staff very helpful. The only thing I would suggest, is to better identify the bus as Alsa. We had to ask the driver, as there was no sign whatsoever indicating te bus was Alsa.
Comfortable ride. Toilet was permanently locked but we stopped every 2 hours or so. People on social media next to me. I asked them politely if would please turn it down a little but they didn’t want to. It would be really helpful for driver or some communication to please ask people to consider others around then to keep the volume very low or to use earphones. It was an overnight ride so I wanted to sleep and other people too.
Not enough information on boards to explain how boarding system works.
Needs to list steps I.e. locate bus on display screen
Go to lower level when no.of stand displayed etc.
Assistance to load suitcase at shoulder level !
Trip itself smooth and comfortable also felt safe.
On arrival no information about exit, lifts, ramp or taxis.
