We were very disappointed by the bus. It was covered in rust and had some of the outer components missing. The engine sounded as though it had been switched with a motor bike and there was thick black smoke pouring out the side for the start of the journey. This came in through the windows and smelt awful. We were expecting the bus to break down at any point. My seat was also broken and could not be reclined. There was also no WIFI or toilet, despite this being stated on the booking. We were unable to go to the toilet until 6 hours in to the journey. Do not recommend.

This was the worst bus experience I have ever had in my entire life. First of all, we were asked to pay an additional amount for the tickets — which had been purchased three months in advance — due to the increase in fuel prices. Secondly, the bus was originally scheduled to depart at 5:00 p.m. We were later informed that the departure time had been changed to 5:30 p.m. and that we would have to be at the departure point 30 minutes in advance. Although we complied with the scheduled times, the bus did not actually depart until 6:50 p.m., and we were given no information whatsoever about the delay. Thirdly, after the bus finally started its journey, less than 30 minutes into the trip, it stopped again and remained stationary for around 20 minutes. Once again, no information was provided about the reason for the stop. Fourthly, this was the dirtiest bus I have ever travelled on. The bus is old — despite being advertised as a Premium Bus and a 5-star service — and the windows have no insulation whatsoever. Cold air comes in, and many of the handles are broken, making it impossible to properly open or close the windows. The bus was absolutely filthy, with dust, ingrained dirt, lint, and food crumbs everywhere — not to mention the smell inside the bus. Fifthly, the drivers provided no information whatsoever about the stops we were making. We had to follow the entire route on Google Maps just to make sure we were getting off at the correct stop. It is also important to point out that there is no bathroom on the bus — something completely unacceptable for a long-distance journey. This bus does not meet even the most basic standards of comfort and hygiene for an 11-hour **paid** journey. I strongly advise against choosing this service and suggest looking for a bus company with better conditions, or considering flights as an alternative. Absolutely horrible, seats and windows were broken, the bus itself did not have a good driving standard

This was a very bad experience. First, the bus shows its amenities on the outside as having a/c and a bathroom, and it has neither. It was rather hot inside. The biggest issue by far is that the bus broke down around 11:45pm. A group of people began tinkering under it with tools for hours. No replacement bus ever showed up, no mechanic, nothing. Eventually around I think 8 hours in after stalling, a taxi pulled up. I was able to get the last seat in the next one. It took 3 taxis from that point to finally get to La Paz.

Absolutely horrendous! The bus broke down at midnight. By 8am we had to start hitchhiking our way to La Paz because the bus still wasn't fixed and no replacement came. Even if the driver fixes the problem, I would not want to be driven on that road with the driver having worked so long already. No communication throughout the ordeal. We arrived in La Paz 8 hours late.
