Cauvi staff in Montevideo were very helpful. But in Buenos Aires ticketshop staff were rude, unpleasant and didn’t help at all, in fact one lady of the staff asked for money to do her intended work.
Everything was as it should be. The armchair was comfortable and there was plenty of space for legs. I could rest well during the journey. The bus was on time. We received some tasty snacks for the travel. I totally recommend travelling with this company !
The bus attendant was a little more brisk/curt in his directions than I would like, especially when we went through immigrations. However, I take our interactions as a grain of salt due to the language barrier (I’m currently learning Spanish but not yet at his level of fluency). Overall, I was just pleased to finally be able to get some sleep on a bus ride! First one I was able to get over 5 hours of rest on :)
We had a nice meal but no wifi, there was a petroleum smell during the entire ride which gave me a headache and there was a plastic part of the bus that made a very loud squiky noise during the entire ride.
The price on the bus ticket with the comoany was $28. I understand it's your business but to charge morenthan the double...? No complains with the bus company, conftable and helpful staff
