No hand soap in the bathroom, during a corona virus outbreak!? No juice in the juice machine Air conditioning stopped working Staff was rude However, the seats were very comfortable
My seat was broken in the reclined position. There was no paper of any sort in the bathroom. Very bad considering the coronavirus is active here.
The bus had comfortable seats that were suitable for a long ride. It was good to have a functional toilet.
The snack pack was all unhealthy carbs. No coffee or tea available but there was bottled water.
Nice seats and great staff
Comfortable bus, but drinking water dispenser was empty and washroom smelled.
Very comfortable bus, left and arrived on time. Seats were excellent and toilet was clean - important on a 5 hour journey! Highly recommend this company.
Very confusing, mass of buses and no information until minutes before departure, by then it was already 15 mins past stated departure time. It appears I had a seat reservation but couldn't be sure what it was - my poor Spanish didn't help.
Bus was 2 hours late. Guy lifted my tiny suitcase for 1 second and then immediately asked for a tip. I would have done it myself
Was late to leave but arrived on time. Good service, provided snack packs throughout & a drink. Comfortable journey 👍

The trip was great and all the staff were very nice and helpful! However when i booked it said the bus had wifi and I would receive a snack. I was not given a wifi password and there were no snacks included. Otherwise it was a nice trip!
