Overall, the trip was good. The seats were comfortable. The place was relatively clean. The tickets were relatively affordable. The only weakness was the level of communication. The Amtrak tenants did not communicate the eta at all during the trip and we were, unfortunately, much later than the original time. We need more communication at least a rough eta along the way if there are delays, which should not be that difficult.
