Horrible! Didnt make it on the train. I was told I didnt book a "Bike Space" I had no idea that needed to happen. I clicked on the bike icon upon booking the trip. The bike space needed to be added in addition to the ticket. I figured by clicking on the bike icon, it would be booked with bike space. I did not know this. Unfortunately, all spaces were sold out, and no ther trains were leaving for my destination that day. I was stranded in DC with a bicycle. Booked a return train home to Baltimore. That train was delayed 4+ hours. I trained for 3 months to take the bike trip w my friends. At leat they made the trip. Although their bikes were dropped off in a wrong location. What a mess!
