I was traveling few years back everywhere in EU only with Eurolines Buses, it was so good to travel with, but later on unfortunately the service was retrograded, so I had stopped to travel with. But last time I had bought two tickets for Dortmund to Paris, unfortunately I couldn’t have travelled that day, eventhough I informed the service, they didn’t reimburse me anything!! This is one of the negative point of Eurolines Bus services, where other companies i,e,. FlixBus give a code to buy next ticket freely! I would ask you to do an effort for the customers to be reimbursed in case cancelled the trip. I travelled yesterday with Eurolines Bus from Dortmund to Paris with my family and we liked it, the service was good and everything was on time. Hopefully we will continue with Eurolines if there are affordable prices !
