Really food experience especially if u are a foreigner! Good service, clean, fast! 5 Stars
Many people waited city bus but never came. We had to rebook other company. It was really cold.
Very nice service delivered
Music on board was great!
The bus driver was so rude and horrible at driving. He pulled over in high traffic for 15 mins to swap drivers so he could eat more sandwiches after McDonald’s he stuffed in his face. Didn’t apologise for being late and we missed two trains and our accomodation. A little effort when driving for people couple of shown he cared. We deserve a discount on a bus or something
Blablabus is good, the only thing is that the bus That i took is a littLe bit old and the driver didnt have a fluid drive. All the time he accelerate and break hardly. What let me a little bit scared.
Very good service and a nice price
The bus stop was unclear.
The trip to Brussels was okay. My partner and I missed our bus due to the tram. And the lady at the desk made us pay for a whole new ticket which was very irritating. And then the bus to Amsterdam was late by an hour. It was already a late bus (20:00). So it was irritating that it was even more late.
No seats numbers, little hard to find bus
It was difficult to identify the bus because it was not from the alliance company, it was bla bla bus and was identified as for Paris. If I had not asked the drivers and verified my code I would have missed the bus for lack of identification and communication
The bus driver was sleeping on the bus before the trip to Brussels and he forgot the keys inside when he got out of the bus to check-in our luggage, so the door closed and no passengers could get on the bus. Only 1:30h after Eurolines could open the bus door and we left Amsterdam. The company’s employees were rude and did not give any information to the passengers. They said that if we wanted to complain we shouldn’t do it to them, but directly to the company. I understand that customer service employees represent the company and should give explanations and apologize when necessary. I will never travel with Eurolines again nor recommend it to anyone.
Once the bus arrived and everything was loaded, the trip was great, but getting to that point was a bit of a struggle. The stop was not clearly marked, and there was no staff around prior to the bus's arrival, so I don't know how any ticket exchanges or questions could have been handled. I had no idea if I was in the right place until I was on the bus.
The bus didn't arrive at all. And no one announced us about trip cancellation.
I was looking for a DIRECT and even though I bought one, in ended up going to The Hague and to Antwerp to pick passengers
Worst experience ever on a bus. First off, no WiFi or toilet (when everything I booked online said it had both of). We do not understand French, and our driver explained everything in French, or (rarely) heavily accented and hard to understand broken English. We watched a video that said we could eat snacks, so we got out a snack to eat. Was YELLED at by the driver. Like.. confrontation level yelling. I have never been verbally abused like that. He was literally spitting mad, even after we apologized and put our food away right away. We stopped a little while later for a pit stop that we had no idea we were stopping at (because we don’t speak French) where he continued to yell at us, pointing in our faces, saying he would kick us off the bus if we didn’t “respect the bus”. We told him we didn’t understand French and that we were sorry. I was shaking, scared I’d be left at whatever random truck stop we were at between Amsterdam and Brussels. The rest of the ride was super awkward.. and we were both scared to even talk. This driver had obvious anger issues/animosity towards us to the point where we both felt unsafe, but we left the rest stop with him and the other passengers, not knowing what else to do and without any other choice. Was overall really strange and upsetting experience... I’ve never seen a grown man throw a tantrum or be so rude like that in my life. Will never ride ouibus again.
Puntual and very comfortable
Wi fi is very good!!!
Bathrooms were out of commission and the wifi wasn’t working. Quite dissatisfied with my experience
small and not on time arriving, but cheap and felt safe
Motorista muito ruim!
Everythigh is fine but it will be better if such buses go more often
The bus was delayed by over 2 hours and they only informed us after we had waited for 45min. Finally the replacement driver who came, was extremely professional and helpful.
Arrived early to my destination which amazing! The bus was clean ish. We were only about 10 people in a 60 passenger bus
The driver is kind and nice. His driving skill is wonderful. The bus from Schiphol airport was late today. It should have a late notice via email at least to let passengers know. We are so worry there was no bus today.
We reached Brussels in 5 hours
We did not manage to get up the bus due to wrong information and directions given
The bus was stuck in traffic so it's unavoidable time delay. So overall it's still alright.
