The driver and his assistant on the bus were great and helpful in ensuring I got to Mesetas. Online when buying the ticket, the estimated arrival/ journey time is completely wrong. I was said to arrive at 9:56am but it was around 12:20pm when I arrived. We left Bogotá about 10-15 minutes late and the driver said they never arrive at 10, it's always around 12pm.
