On a good day add 2hrs to the arrival time. Stops are not factored in. With traffic it can be more. Arrival Salento -Medellin was suppose to be 7:30pm. We got in 12:30am.

The bus trip was terrible! It should have taken 6 hours and ended up taking 10 hours. The bus driver was very unfriendly and angry towards all English speaking passengers. He stopped right before Medellín on the side of the road and made us change buses without any explanation right inside the traffic. Both bus drivers did not check once if every passenger was there or looked even behind them or communicated why it took so long. They also threw around the luggage and it was not clear throughout the journey if the luggage was in the right bus. I would not take a bus of the company again!

The bus left late, we arrived two hours late. The driver drove very fast and was over taking on corners, he was also on his phone a lot. Road in bad condition.

bus was comfortable with good WiFi. had a toilet on board (but I didn't use it so can't comment on what it was like) only downside was a very long journey due to traffic - not something that can be controlled. unfortunately we made 1 stop 2 hours into the 9 hours journey and after this were unable to get more food or drinks. a stop halfway would have been better.

Terrible - it is not 5.5 hours it took 9.5hours. Horrendous road works they must have know about. The driver was SO unsafe I’m not sure how we didn’t crash. Would never knowingly allow anyone to experience this.

There was a problem with the tickets. We booked for 2 people and they said the booking wasnt correct. Had a lot of problems before we could enter the bus. It was very stressfull.

Driver was professional, but buses are not in good shape. Air conditioner broke down two hours after we left the bus station. A trip that was supposed to last 6 hours, lasted 9 hours. 7 hours of sweat and dehydration.

Bus broke down. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the next one. The new bus had no Aircon or toilets which was a shame. Huge construction work on the roads led to us arriving in Medellin at 7pm when we were meant to arrive at 2:30pm. No communication from bus driver when we broke down, just left us on the bus. The bus company definitely knew about the road works and didn’t adjust their arrival time which was very misleading.

The journey from Medellin to Salento is horrendous. The coach travels at high speed throughout the journey. No safety belts are on the coach. The driver was like a maniac. Ignoring safety, overtaking on blind corners and on double yellow lines. Passenger safety was an afterthought. He didn’t let passengers know when we had a break. Just stopped at a restaurant and let us guess. We were two hrs late because of road works. I will never use a coach again. Dangerous from start to finish.

There was no USB port, no snack, nothing. The bus was older that the one leaving before, even if it was for the same destination. A lot of delay because of the road but the schedule were not updated at all.

Overall it wasn‘t bad but please don’t make us print the tickets, it can be quite hard when you’re traveling because many hostels don’t have a printer and it should really be okay nowadays to show the ticket on your phone.

The bus was very small and it was a squeeze in the seats. Many passengers had to have they bags in the bus with them as there was not enough room in the storage compartment. There was water dripping on passengers from the aircon which was uncomfortable for people. This effected the enjoyment of our journey.

Very clean, great service. Scheduled time was 6 hours. Google says the route is 8 hours. Lots of construction on the route. Total time more that 10 hours

We arrived 4hours to late, mainly because of roadworks. Since these roadworks are not incidently at this moment, we are dissatisfied that we were not informed about a possible delays more than 1hour!! We had not enough food with us and the one stop at the restaurant we were told that we had 5 minutes.
