Drivers Danije I Danijela were the best drivers ever, they made my trip the best experience ever. I can highly recommend Nomago trip was much better than expected
The bus had 35 min delay. Then it showed up earlier without letting the customers know. Not even the bus terminal staff knew about it. So I missed the bus even though I was there but just waiting in the departure area.
I was the only passenger on the last leg of the trip. This was my first trip to both Ljubljana (gorgeous Slovenia) and Venice (though had been to other parts of Italy previously by train). The driver was courteous, kind and friendly. Much appreciated.
i think the staff cant speak english and therefore, both of them did not explain what was going wrong to cause the delay, they didnt greet and smiled to the passengers, and no bother to even say sorry,in the first place.
This was my first time traveling with Nomago and it was a good trip. The bus was comfortable (despite a kind of small leg space) and the temperature was perfect. The only downside is that we arrived 1h late in Vienna.
The bus to Bratislava never arrived at the Vienna airport. We rang Nomago, who informed us that the bus was running very late. After 2 hours of waiting, still nothing, so we had to rebook other tickets with another provider.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the service I got from Nomago, due to their service I received. However, the trip involved several inconveniences. My bus arrived 30 min. late to Budapest, and no information was given concerning that. Since I had to change the bus in Zagreb before I get to Ljubljana, I was not able to receive any support ftom the drivers regarding whether we arrive to Zagreb on time.
The customers service was VERY helpful They communicated when I called them. They reassured me that the bus in Zagreb will wait for me, and coordinated the bus drivers so I was able to reach Ljubljana that day. Even though I was 30 min in Ljubljana, I am still happy with the customers service.
