I was the only passenger on the last leg of the trip. This was my first trip to both Ljubljana (gorgeous Slovenia) and Venice (though had been to other parts of Italy previously by train). The driver was courteous, kind and friendly. Much appreciated.

According to customer reviews, the service provided was satisfactory overall. However, some customers mentioned that the pick-up location can be confusing. Additionally, there were concerns about the driver being constantly on his phone while driving and not informing passengers about breaks or allowing them to stretch their legs. These issues should be addressed for a safer and more comfortable travel experience.

This is not a bus it is a van. The driver late and then stopped to fill up with gas as well. He was driving and texting, talking on his hand held phone while drinking coffee, vaping and driving a standard van. He has 3 different phones which he was on the entire time. Taking the unlawful and dangerous part out of it, we were 55 minutes later than what was planned.

Avoid! The scheduled bus did not arrive. This meant I missed my flight. There was no response when I repeatedly tried to contact. I needed to rebook a different bus and pay for a new flight. This meant I paid for two airfares as I was unable to cancel the first flight. It was an awful day. I will never use this service again.
