My bus driver was not fit for the job. He raced the bus down hill with little regard for his passengers and left me in Santo Domingo. I had to sprint across the terminal to wave them down. A complete disgrace.

Good service, nice friendly staff and a clean and comfy bus. But the toilet was locked and we had to ask to use it, which is not easy when the bus is winding around these roads!. Also left a phone and have heard nothing (our fault for loosing it!). All in all will definitely continue to use the buses here.

This was the worst bus ride I have ever been on. After driving for about 9 hours, getting us 75% of the way to our destination, the bus driver made us get off the bus and continue the journey by public bus. He said it was company policy that if there were not enough passengers for the company to make a profit, they were ordered to stop and let the remaining passengers off the bus, regardless of whether they had purchased tickets for a particular destination. I was traveling with my 5 year old child in a foreign country. Thank goodness I spoke the language and was able to figure out how to get to our destination, though we arrived well after dark and felt angry and scared to be abandoned by the bus company like that. Never use Reina del Camino!
