When I booked my ticket online I was so scared that I would arrive there and be told stories, but I was surprised that they even had a computer system to check me in! The bus was on time and super clean. The mere fact that I was able to buy my ticket online was just a sign of an organized company. We have our own Greyhound in Zimbabwe now!!

Was a bit disappointed with the rescheduling of the departure time which was a huge inconvenience. Bus was supposed to depart at 12h00 but was only told on arrival that the bus will be leaving at 1900hrs . Communication would have been great either by sms or email.

Very professional, efficient and time conscious. Only two things that need to be addressed; changing pots are broken and would (personally) appreciate if volume could be reduced in the deep of the night so we can sleep. Otherwise 5 🌟!
