The crew was not so friendly to my wife that I had booked the bus for they demanded some money from my wife after the bus had arrived in Pretoria my wife requested to pay the money via the company’s account but the guy insisted he wanted cash and it was her first time in Pretoria she was told to go to an atm and was asked to leave her bag and passport behind when she got home her power bank was missing I’m very disappointed

The departure time was not 6pm, the bus left Roadport around 7.30pm. The drivers did not take time to introduce themselves to the passengers and never informed us on the travel journey pattern (eg like the places the bus would stop for refreshments and ablution usage. Arrival time was compromised by an hour due to delayed departure. The bus also allows vendors to get on board selling their wares, this puts people's valuables at risk, high risk of being stolen.
Many users have praised the bus service for its punctuality, efficiency, and friendly staff. The buses are described as comfortable and well-maintained with professional drivers ensuring a pleasant journey. However, some reviews mention issues such as cold temperatures due to non-functional heaters or air conditioning and occasional unpleasant odors from the toilets on board. Overall, passengers appreciate the reliable service provided by this company despite minor inconveniences reported in certain instances.
Jrney was fantastic only we felt very cold in the bus the was no heater at all,we used swiss we dont need blankets ,plus wifi please fix it in bus number 6 ,besides those two everything was okay, will continue using Swiss .

The ride was okey. The bus should do something about the toilet, it raises a stench smell which makes the trip uncomfortable. They should put an automatic flush and an automatic air freshener dispenser.

It was great both ways . However , I wish they have agents at the border who make processing faster like other buses
