To me this was bad service, at 12 midday I was at the bus station expecting to leave at 2pm but the bus arrived at the station 3hrs later.
Expected arrival time in Harare was 11am, but we haven't arrived at our final destination. The saddest part is i failed to meet my appointment. I am deeply disappointed

We had a smooth journey, arrived on time to our destination. The bus arrived an hour late, however they covered up and we still arrived an hour earlier than the ticket anticipated.

All the positive things were outweighed by the poorest handling of bags, my suitcase got damaged and a wheel got broken. Why do they've to throw bags when loading at Bosman station? Moreover, my suitcase was not overloaded. I am very much disappointed and now thinking twice about using Swiss Express again. When I got to your Harare office they didn't bother to call Joe nor treat my issue fairly though I waited for him nearly 2hrs.

I enjoyed the whole experience , would be nice if they could do announcements in English as well maybe they can pre record announcements in both Shona and English and play that before every trip so that passengers who don't understand Shona can understand what's being said

I traveled, I'm home but it took me 24 hours to get home.
Best coaches bus was in for service, it didn't come, the sad part is that I only came to know about that when I arrived at the station, there wasn't some form of communication regarding the breakdown. I ended up going with the other Katiso.
It wasn't a pleasant journey to be honest.

The bus never went to Harare Roadport although they promised when we embarked that they will go to Roadport. We were dropped at High Glen. This caused me a lot of inconveniences.
