Great service by drivers but poor at check in they were rough talking to us
Citiliner is the worst, no charging ports, poor customer service, bus was late by more than 2 hours 😢
Left my bag with Valuables at Check in Scale in front of Nomsa.Nomsa is saying Security lady took it to Lost and Found but now it's missing.
Crew no longer facilitating faster border clearing processes. Crew involved with illegal undocumented traveller's at the expense of customers
The bus was leaking inside and the AC casing above the seat was broken,
Safe traveling speed but arrival time way off the indicated time.
Generally safe and comfortable. But selling wrong arrival time online even though they know they never arrive at destination on time. Distorts travel plans for onward connectivity. This is irresponsible.
It was ok , driver was.a.bit rude one.of them. But trip was.ok
Drivers were quite rude and some of the delays could have been avoided
The bus incurred 2 breakdowns which resulted in close to 3 hours of down time. Futhermore the way passengers luggage was being handled and packed leaves a lot to be desired. Speedwise and adherence to road regulations was above board.
It was awesome, just that the delay was due to natural effects which was good for safety. Communication excellent
the journey was comfortable, just been delayed to get to Harare on ETA
The bus was 5 hours late, too much delays along the way
The bus should depart on time, and drivers should communicate to passengers why the bus is going to leave late.
Time is the main issue the bus does not depart or arrive on time
They would not check if averyone was back in the bus after dropping off for a break. People would end up shouting from the back of the bus
Intercape is a good bus and services are great. Only that on the day in question there seemed to be a learner driver on one of them.
The service is goo but with respect to time, they sell lies. Very prone to missing a lot of onwards appointment.
