Fine for basic travel. Comfortable seats and clean environment but there was no communication at all about the delays and the food was uninspiring. There was also no WiFi, which some of the other carriers on the Buenos Aires/Iguazu route do provide.
The staff and food and entertainment were all fine, but the bus was 90 minutes late. I don't know if that's common; I've only used four micros, but the other three all arrived on time or early. My companion and I almost thought that we had missed it somehow. An acknowledgement or apology at least would have been nice.
The bus was late 40 mins and there was no one there to give information. I booked a lie down seat or flat bed but I'm pretty sure I got a semi cama which I wasn't happy with and I paid extra for the lie down
