Despite a delay due to an accident, the service is usually very punctual. Some customers inquired about seat numbers with more space between them due to their height requirements.
After being delayed 3 hrs from mar del plata to POSADAS because of puncture the staff were very helpful in arranging my on going coach to Puerto iguazu

Fine for basic travel. Comfortable seats and clean environment but there was no communication at all about the delays and the food was uninspiring. There was also no WiFi, which some of the other carriers on the Buenos Aires/Iguazu route do provide.
