Great service, I got to the station 30 mins prior departure time and the bus was already there, it left at the exact time and I arrived at the exact time to my destination. And the drivers were so nice and driving well on the road not speeding.

The trip was generally good. However, a few USB ports were not working, which was disappointing as reliable USB access is one of the reasons people choose your coaches. This time, unfortunately, they didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, I’d like to suggest the following improvements: Driver Communication: Please ensure drivers are mindful when speaking to passengers. Some customers only understand English and may not follow conversations in Xhosa. Temperature Control: The bus was too warm. It would be helpful if the driver could adjust the heater more appropriately especially when the coach is in full capacity.

They were on time , regarding the departure and arrival time. No unnecessary stops were made and the driver was friendly .l like the fact that it has small plastic bags inside in every seat for dirt. A 10 / 10 service .
