Staff (drivers) were not sufficiently communicative about the delays and very long stops at the pickup/dropoff points. A passenger was left behind in Mossel Bay at the bus replacement, causing a long delay in George while that passenger was reunited with the bus. An incredibly smelly toilet from the word go on the replacement bus. Bus was 3 hrs late at my destination. Could be much better communication by drivers as to what is going on.
Standards have dropped drastically...The bus rear lights were not working, only find out three hours later in the journey.. Very risky , meaning no service is done on buses..
Had a flat tyre which can happen to any bus however, there was no spare wheel, equipment or knowledge on how to fix it. Stood next to the road for 3 hours before help arrived. A trip like this should be refunded.
The drivers were so rude, I arrived on time at the station but they said I was at the wrong station so I must give them R100 extra, tried to explain to them but it's not my fault they threatened to leave me behind.
The bus is nyc ,clean and the drivers are very professional but the it's seems to be too small so it is complicating the relaxing time in the long distance travels

Eldo must work on the time for buses, I had the worst experience. Bus arrived at 19:20 instead of 17:30 thats bad. I cant talk about the hygiene in the Bus is extremely bad.
Microphones are no longer being used for the passangers the drivers will hv to raised their voices to inform the passages others seated at the back struggles to hear
I was suppose to get on to an inter cape bus this morning from Cape Town to port Elizabeth, I got on the bus and realised that absolutely no Covid protocols were being followed besides some sanitiser before getting on the bus , no social distancing or anything, a completely full bus with no ventilation. I felt way to uncomfortable so I decided to get off the bus and not go on the trip home . Thanks intercape , my money wasted 👍
First of all the capacity of ppl was 100% but its lockdown then secondly the bus was cold and the worce part is the rain was coming in and the chairs was wet
Check on your drivers they are defrauding the company and disregard the Covid19 Covid19 regulations. As passengers, we will ditch Intercape because our lives are put at risk not by the company but by the African drivers
Drivers managed to take safety decisions when bus was experienced brake problems. I could hear when braking, retarder was not in control. Thanks to them for managing the problem
