On the plus side, the bus seat was very comfortable and the carriage had a good soft suspension. On the negative side, my passport wasn’t sufficient ID to be able to board, there was some trash left over from previous seat occupant, and the entertainment system couldn’t display the bus route. At the depot the information for departing gate and bus # were not displayed, and the condition of the station was poor especially the restrooms. But the bus did get me from point A to point B safely and without incident.

The bus was only late because there was just one person packing luggage into the luggage area on the bus. I didn't expect to get water or the sandwich or heamdphones so those were nice touches. Also the bathroom on board was not bad.
