Ecolines receives positive feedback for its comfortable and spacious seating, friendly staff, and timely service. Passengers appreciate the entertainment options available on board, such as movie screens and charging ports. However, there was a mention of a minor delay at the destination that affected connecting travel plans for some passengers.

Kyiv to Warsaw… Compared to 11 days ago when I took an Ecolines bus from Warsaw to Kyiv, this trip was excellent and pleasantly without incident. This time the air conditioning and WiFi worked (although quite slow and useless at times), as did the coffee machine. As opposed to last time, this time not only were the drivers courteous and helpful, but they were skillful, safe and didn’t waste any time on the road. As a result, we arrived in Warsaw almost an hour early (in spite of a 3-hour wait to get through both sides of the border).

The bus was scheduled at 19:20. Their support was working until 18:00. I had no info about the gate, no driver contact, NOTHING. The bus arrived at 20:00. I even wasn't sure if the bus was about to arrive at all. That's awful and unproffecional. The best part is "Toilet in the bus" which was pretty smelly :)))))))
