Amtrak Seattle Vancouver recent customer reviews
Great food and catering person; very rude train staff; too long a journey for the distance
Ross H.
The train was an hour late and I nearly missed my grandpa's funeral. The toilets were not clean or checked the entire journey. The egress was based on 'who paid the most' not on 'who needed to get off soonest'.
Joanna J.
I enjoyed the journey, the bus was v comfortable. There was a passenger with a disability and unfortunately, the bus driver lacked the necessary training to operate the wheelchair accessible platform resulting in a half hour delay. It was uncomfortable for the rest of us passengers looking on and this training needs to be addressed. The driver did his best and was relieved when the passenger was on board.
