Great service! Our bus driver was pinky and she was great. She couldn’t have been any nicer or friendly and kept us updated the whole way from Vancouver to Seattle. Made the journey so pleasant. She was great :)
The bus didnt show up and there was no notification of cancellation or anything. Even after waiting 2 hours for the bus, it still showed that the bus would be on time even tho it didnt show up. Such a waste of time
It was my first time in Canada to ride a bus.
They called and texted me later than scheduled.
The driver was very attentive and the bus ride went smoothly.
The driver's personality was great, such as the choice of music during the trip, communication with the passengers, and he smiled and sent me off when I greeted him on the way back.
It was the same person back and forth, which was awesome!
I was also happy to get home early.
I wanted to take a picture with the driver at the end.
Quick is a good bus service. The time was right. My only concern is that I wasn’t given a choice for the pick up location.
I live in Surrey 20mins from the White Rock pick up location. It was crazy driving all the way to downtown Vancouver to wait for the bus at the rush hour of the day.
I was so disappointed with the company. The bus arrived after 1hour late. In the USA road, it broke down. Another one just arrived after more than 1 hour.
This service worked perfectly for us. Only suggestion we have is to have some form of signage at the station in Vancouver that lets passengers know that they are waiting in the correct area.
The staff person at Canada Place was excellent. He went way out of his way to help us. Was confusing because people at ground level told us we were in the right place. Turned out we needed to be in lower level. He really helped us out
Qwick shuttle did the job, and the driver did an excellent job with the poor, old bus. The defrost did not work at all, and he resorted to stopping and wiping the inside of the window down. We felt every bump on this old thing, some headrests were loosing foam.
