This service worked perfectly for us. Only suggestion we have is to have some form of signage at the station in Vancouver that lets passengers know that they are waiting in the correct area.
Andre the driver was great.
Not only is he an excellent driver he cracked some jokes and was very informative en route plus he singled handed loaded the cases on and off twice as we had to cross the border into USA
The staff person at Canada Place was excellent. He went way out of his way to help us. Was confusing because people at ground level told us we were in the right place. Turned out we needed to be in lower level. He really helped us out
Qwick shuttle did the job, and the driver did an excellent job with the poor, old bus. The defrost did not work at all, and he resorted to stopping and wiping the inside of the window down. We felt every bump on this old thing, some headrests were loosing foam.
Our driver, Pinkie, was AWESOME! I was traveling with my young son and we weren't sure where to meet the bus in Vancouver. We were told 8 different places by the Waterfront St station and when we circled back to the original pickup location, she was waiting for us! She was very communicative regarding the schedule, border crossing, and dealing with the 55 ancient senior citizens that were on the bus with us.
After traveling back to US this way, I would recommend it to everyone over flying. Much less stressful, easier to go through customs, just sit back and relax and watch the scenery. Our wonderful bus driver was a delight. She pointed out many things along the way, had a great sense of humor and was extremely pleasant. I will use the bus again when the occasion arises.
Great option to travel from Canada. Quicker way through customs than flying out. Give yourself extra time than what is stated for travel. (Accident, extra stops, traffic, etc.)
Slight delays were due to customers late arrival at departure and border crossing. Driver was professional, polite, and efficient. Would definitely use Quick Shuttle in the future.
It was the first time I ever traveled by bus. It was a very nice experience. The cost was much less than other forms of travel. The bus was on time, clean and the driver was friendly and efficient. I will definitely do it again.
The bus driver (can’t remember his name) was super nice and friendly. I liked how he pointed out a few sights to see and he was super helpful with the bags and with the border process.
Rating the shuttle late is not an indicator of the service. We really enjoyed the trip and the staff was very helpful with forms and letting us know what would happen at the border.
I thought the trip was very good. The driver was great. He kept us engaged by pointing out landmarks, etc.
the trip through US Customs went well but that is probably why the bus was 15 minutes late getting to Seattle, which was not a problem and the driver prepared us for that.
missed flight because of late arrival. arrival time was set too optimisticly.its the last time i take your bus. out $200 extra. driver was nice though.
Our tickets were not checked while boarding the bus. As a result, two people got on who had the wrong tickets. But it took about 40 minutes for the driver to figure out who they were which delayed our departure. Our tickets come with a qr code which the driver should scan while passengers are boarding.
We were disappointed that we had difficulty getting information about the bus and schedule. I feel better marketing to the the cruise ship and hotel staff would be beneficial for visitors hoping to get from Vancouver and Seattle. Cory was VERY helpful !
