Was a little disappointed that the bus did not have Wi-Fi or electrical outlets, but the Bus Driver was great and entertaining (he was the one who explained why our 'newer' bus didn't have the above amenities).
I was traveling first time by greyhound Vancouver to Edmonton I hope it will be great experience but it was bad bus Wifi was not working there was not any charging points to plug the phone.
The last driver didn't talk with the passenger so I didn't know if I was in my last stop.the other drivers talked with us in every stop this was helpful.
Greyhound staff's did a great job.It was our first time to ride a bus going to edmonton from vancouver so far we enjoyed it even the first bus from vancouver arrived very late in calgary. We dont get anymore chance to buy anything for our breakfast because we need to board a bus going to edmonton, south station rigth away. But then we enjoyed since it was confortable have enough legroom, wifi.Bus drivers was very informative during the journey.Keep it up Greyhound.
The only problems I had were with other passengers being noisy, but that's essentially unavoidable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and I'd be more than happy to use this form of transit again
The first bus drivers were great and friendly. The later bus driver was very moody and increased the temperature of the bus to a really high and unpleasant temperature, most of us were sweating.
It is nice when the driver tells in advance where and for how long we'll be stopping next, including in how many hours that place is. I would also like to be told how to operate the arm rests, foot rest, lights, if there is a washroom, etc. The foot rest, did not seem to do anything, since it rests permanently of the floor. Please let people choose their seats in advance. The driving was good, the size of the seat tolerable. The second driver greeted us and explained a lot of the stuff, very nice person. He gave us his name but I forgot it now.
