This morning 5 jan 2026 at 10 o clock Itabus sold me a tiket that was not avaluable i wanted to take a bus that suposed to ride out of grenoble at 00h25 and they refuse to let me on board saying that it wasa tiket for yesterday. How can it be i baught it this morning?!? I want to be refunded where can i claim for this ?

The bus was on time and fast but it smelt like sewage at the start of the trip, it was really gross. Also no seat belts.

We had to wait for over an hour after the scheduled time. Not good! Then we had to lift our heavy suitcases over 1.5 meters and put them in the luggage space without help or guidance from the driver.

Every thing was good. Bus arrived in Zagreb early and was clean and comfortable. Long term improvements would be power ports and status signs at stations as bus did arrive late in Ljubljana but more than made up the time on the road.
